Welcome,

I am a psychotherapist in Seattle, Washington offering

both a traditional narrative style of counseling and an

integration of psychotherapy and energy work. At this

time I am offering tele-health appointments only for

psychotherapy services.

My background is in family systems and humanistic

approaches to psychotherapy. These are the basis of

much of the counseling that I offer.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) has also been a part of my psychotherapy work as of 1994. Since I am a Licensed Social Worker, some insurance may apply for the traditional talk therapy and EMDR services that I provide.

I am also a practitioner of Reiki and subtle energy work. I originally received my Reiki training in 1994, and have since studied and practiced other forms of energy work as well.

I hope you will find this website to be an easy way of learning more about my counseling practice, about working with subtle energy, and about body-based psychotherapy. I have included a few book titles and related links, for those of you who wish to find out even more.
